Summary	0001788: Boss fight never started
Description	Similarly to another player that reported a boss fight never starting, I have had a boss fight that did not start. Was the first boss fight of my run. Had a Delta challenge enabled for the run. When passing through the door into the boss zone, the door appeared to activate twice, once with Nina on each side of the door.
Steps To Reproduce	Have not attempted to reproduce; did create save file after the error occurred, which is attached. I did pick up the boss weapon; hopefully this doesn't make the information in the save file unhelpful.
