| Steps To Reproduce | The issue seemed to start in tmx/penumbra/spire/pu_spire_miles_a.30lv, which was in level 3 of today's daily (7/7/2021). |

| Additional Information | V-sync was off when the stuttering started, turning it on seemed to alleviate the issue a bit. But when I turned it back off some chunks later, the game became completely unresponsive. |
