Summary | 0000303: Stretched pixels at edges and off-center warp effects in high quality mode
Description | These screenshots show both issues: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=935340916 http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=935341062 These issues seem to have cropped up in one of the more recent updates, but I only now played again. They are present at all resolutions that I tested. F acing left and right in the images above, you can see that the warp effect while charging is not centered correctly, and I tend to guess that this is related to why the pixels at the bottom and left of the screen are getting warped. The offset of the warp (which I assume should be centered on the tip of the weapon) looks like the same as the amount of the left and bottom of the screen that are getting warped. Maybe the warp effects are off center, or maybe the whole image is, and the warps are placed correctly? These effects disappear when quality is set to "less high", and the screen does not seem to shift when doing that, so I guess the main view is centered properly?
Additional Information | I wonder if this is related to the "wavy effect at the bottom of the screen" mentioned in this report: http://mantis.batterystaplegames.com/view.php?id=292 I messed around with NVidia control panel settings but no changes. Using a GeForce GTX 950

I've taken a stab at this one for tomorrow - not sure I've got it nailed yet, though. Will ask for reports. |
|
Reports showed that this wasn't fixed as of my last comment - just took another stab at it, and I'm pretty sure I got it this time (discovered the issue, and am fairly certain my fix'll take care of it.) |

Pretty sure we nailed this one! |
