| Description | I've noticed for a while that Li'l Hoot acts strangely when things are fused to Rending Whirl, likely because their tornadoes share similar code. Today I was doing a run with Jagged Bolt fused to Rending Whirl and my Li'l Hoot's tornado was just hitting enemies every frame until they either moved or died. If I removed the Rending Whirl fusion, the tornado would return to functioning as normal. I also picked up the Bouncing Bolt augment, so I don't know if that had any impact. I tested the other powers I had access to as well and found that Negation Pulse fused with Rending Whirl would cause the tornado to be centered on me instead of the enemy. In the past, I've also seen the tornado act strangely when Aiming Gear was fused with Rending Whirl, but I was not able to confirm in the run I was in. | ||||

| Additional Information | I've attached two screenshots: The first is when I saw it happen to the dummy with Jagged Bolt. I actually left my computer for over an hour to see if it would ever stop and it didn't. The second is when I tested Negation Pulse and saw it was centered on me instead of the enemy. | ||||
