| Description | Summary pretty much states it, I picked up the megaheart item drop after the frog mini boss in Watergrav, and noticed I could heal upon picking up health drops while the drought was still active. I think it has to do with the fact that the game gives +40 health upon picking up the megaheart, and that cancels the no healing effect. I encountered this in the first level of seed rsz78f, should be easy to verify from trying to get it on this seed. | ||||
