| Description | The Powerless Void modifier reads as reducing the number of levels that grant powers by increments of 2--before the most recent patch, this meant that you would have 7/5/3/1 powers as you increased its strength, given the base number of stages of 7 and the modifier applying 0/-2/-4/-6 powers. With the addition of the eighth level, however, the total power count and the description of the entropy modifier are unchanged--applying it at second tier still only gives 3 powers, for example, instead of 4. |
